Client Eligibility
To be eligible for client status, the following criteria must be met:
The company must be viewed by their industry peers as being in the top 20% of their designated market vertical. This must be verified through industry accepted documentation, not self declaration.
The company must be so committed to securing the strongest talent available over Vender Management protocol. Exceptional candidates sometimes call for exceptions to the rules.
The company must be exposed to Morgan Methodology Innerviewing technique to be in “sync” with our candidate evaluation process and to minimize surprises in their interviewing process. We will provide that training as a value added gift to our clients.
The company’s word and signed fee agreement must be their bond of integrity.
The hiring managers of the company that we support will be of quality that we would invite and feel comfortable with at our family dinner table.
