We can guarantee you’ve not experienced the depth of our inquiry into position scope, departmental objectives to be completed and corporate culture. The easiest part of the search is matching technical skills, the hardest part is matching the flavors in your hallway with the environment that frees a candidate's creativity. This is our strength. We need 3 hours of face time and it’s on our nickel.

We work old school. We have zero interest in finding out who’s looking. Our job is to find those who are buried in excellence and have their head down in noticeable performance. Morgan 20/20 candidates are solely selected based on professional vetting by their peers, not by their aggressive availability and personal advertisements. Be warned: When we find one, you’ll need to deviate from protocol and clear the calendar.

You’ve been recruited. You know. Headhunters pitch jobs to you before they ever know your status or interest. It’s cheesy and makes zero sense to us.
Before we ever talk about our client's opportunity, the candidate must give us their full, purist views on what would constitute a utopian situation for them. We do not sell jobs, we are skillful matchmakers and that only comes from hearing the truth before anything else. Bored opportunists never make it past us. If we can’t find a legitimate “hidden career wound” behind the “I’ll always listen”, they are not eligble for candidacy.
Important candidates are necessary to prep for. They are as bright as you are and can read a “wing it” interviewing process instantly and misjudge an entire management culture by it.
You will be pleasantly surprised at the candidate assessment you’ll be presented with. A complete dossier that will dwarf the emailed resume and slanted reference checks you are accustomed to receiving from e-board submitters.
No games. No playing both sides. We work for you, not the candidate. If the candidate has “holes”, you’ll know about them.
There is no negotiating. If all parties do their job correctly, if all sides have been pre-closed with hypothetical offers and hypothetical acceptances, transitions are smooth. If we feel an offer won’t be accepted, it will not be extended. Simple as that. In Morgan 20/20 Methodology, no one wears egg. Period.
